Pamela's yoga journey began over 10 years ago when she attended workshops with Rod Briggs from the Mindlink Foundation, where she learnt about the science of the mind and the philosophies behind yoga. That progressed on to the physical practice where she attended classes in Galway with Gwen Mc Hale, The Yoga Shala and then with her teacher trainer Carol Murphy. She completed her teacher training course (200 hours Yoga Alliance) with Green Lotus Yoga in 2009 and has been teaching yoga part-time since.
She has a great passion for both the physical and philosophical aspects of yoga and tries to make yoga a part of her everyday life.
She has attended many workshops with teachers from all over the world, such as Max Strom and Luke Jordan. In 2010 she spent a month in India where she practised yoga in Mysore- the home of Ashtanga yoga.
She is always attending new workshops and classes to deepen her own practice and to become a better teacher for others.
Her classes focus on increasing strength, flexibility and relaxation with a strong emphasis on the breath and alignment of the body.
